Most properties need more than one of these. A mow and a driveway clean, or a new garden bed with lighting run through it. Doing them on the same visit is quicker and cheaper than booking three separate trades.

Do you do one-off jobs, or only regular visits?

Both. Some properties are booked in on a regular rhythm so they never get away from you, and plenty of jobs are a single catch-up, a landscaping build or a driveway clean. Tell Geoff what suits.

Can you handle a block that has got out of hand?

Yes. Overgrown yards and neglected acreage are a normal part of the work. It usually takes a bigger first visit to bring it back, then far less to keep it there.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes. Residential and commercial, from a small courtyard to grounds that need a ride-on.
